Brought my car in to have the A.C. checked out. I tell them I think the problem is "A". Im told no, its the filter in the line. I say ok, lets get it in. I drop off car and wait. No call and a whole day gone so I go over to find out the filter is not where they thought it was and they believe its elsewhere and they need to order the part. Ok. I come back the next because again, no call and the day is almost over. Im told they were sent the wrong part and they needed to get the correct one. Ok, Im thinking, why did I wait all day to find this out. Then Mechanic looks confused bt says I also need to do some research. I schedule a time to bring back car. They will call me. 1 week, no call. I return to see if they actually want to earn my business and money to fix the car they say they know the issue. I ask and Im told, well we fix nearly 8 cars a day we are busy. Ok, fine. Dont know why they didnt call. I drop it off Sunday night for Monday. I pass by several times and see car moved in morning from where I dropped it off to near entrance. Hmmm. An hour or so later its parked on other side of lot, but not in garage yet. End of day, hasnt moved, still parked. By noon the next day I get a call that they cant seem to find the problem and cant fix it. I return to get my keys, car is still parked where it was the day before. It doesnt appear that they even attempted to work on it. I get my keys and what do you know, the doors are all unlocked. My car sat there out of view and unsecure for anyone to get into and take my vehicle paperwork or do damage. I dont think they ever worked on my car because they were either in over their heads or didnt care to do the work needed. Either way, I was without my vehicle for a total of about 5 days and nothing accomplished. No call backs when told I would receive. I wasted valuable time I could have spent finding someone to fix the problem that Im certain was the compressor clutch as stated when I first arrived. Very unprofessional!! Id give no stars if I could so 1 star is generous
